![]() ![]() I even tried to uninstall everything under Universal Serial Bus controllers. Tried to install previous version of bluetooth drivers. Tried to uninstall everything under Bluetooth. Plugged it back, the error appeared again.so basically, it was the bluetooth. Tried to unplug the bluetooth usb cable from the usb2.0 motherboard header (MSI Z97 Gaming 5), and the unknown usb error disappered. I also noticed that I get Unknown USD Device under Universal Serial Bus controllers. ![]() Upon, checking the properties, I get code error 45. I selected View>Show hidden devices, and the bluetooth appeared but was all greyed out. I checked device manager and "bluetooth" was not listed anymore. I downloaded the latest drivers from Intel, installed, restarted, still nothing. Checked windows settings and there was no option to configure my bluetooth on/off. Then after a month or so, when I wanted to send something via bluetooth, my bluetooth icon in the task/tool/notification bar disappeared. I tested WiFi and and Bluetooth sending and receiving. I downloaded the latest Intel drivers for it (AC8260 for AC Wifi and Bluetooth drivers) and got the thing to work. ![]() I recently bought a Gigabyte GC-WB867D-I rev4.2. ![]()
